That’s why we say: chalk is for trying, and the duster means you can always try again.
- PhD in Geology from Banaras Hindu University, as a DST-INSPIRE Research Fellow and first-rank holder.
- Former Assistant Professor of Remote Sensing & GIS, and visiting researcher at the University of Glasgow.
- Postdoctoral scientist at Arizona State University, building water tools used by US agencies on the Colorado River.
- Creator of free mapping tools used by researchers worldwide; today also working in underwater robotics in Rotterdam.
- In 2021 she started Chalk & Duster, so children aged 4 to 10 learn the way scientists and artists do: by asking, trying and making.
